Service Description

Join us for our Labor & Delivery Series! This class will take place from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Class cost covers 2 participants. Are you interested in learning as much as you can about childbirth and would like to be informed and educated when you are asked to make decisions during the labor process? This class will give you all the knowledge, practice, and information that you need to have an informed, calm and relaxed delivery. This class is recommended for both first time parents and for parents that have not delivered in a few years. In this class, you will practice your labor and have a chance to ask your questions. Come and meet other couples and share your birthing journey. This class is taught by a childbirth educator. Class Topics: Week 1: Third Trimester of Pregnancy, Warning Signs, Preterm Labor, Labor & Childbirth. Week 2: Breathing & Relaxation Techniques, Comfort Measures during Labor, Childbirth Interventions, C-Sections, Labor Rehearsal, Postpartum Recovery.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Expectant Parents Organization! Each class covers the cost of 2 participants. You will receive an email with additional details for the classes you registered for within 5 business days. If a class is listed as VIRTUAL it is offered online only through Zoom. If a class is listed as an E-Class it is offered online only and is self paced with no instructor. All other classes are offered in person at our office, location, directions and details will be in the follow up email. Please note, payment with FSA or HSA cards are typically not accepted. If having issues please try another card or contact us at epoinfo@expectantparents.org. If you have PHP/SPHN please email us at epoinfo@expectantparents.org with information on how to register for classes that are covered with insurance. We unfortunately are unable to bill any other insurances. All cancelations or refunds for any reason will be charged a fee of $20 per class.
